P4 Safety Solutions TM Airport options
This summary outlines options for implementing into an airport, with the following assumptions:
- Access from outside the airport to inside can be single-person width (standard door) for staff entrances, or multiple person width for public entrances
- Most will have metal detectors at security and may want the option to upgrade them – this would be a custom quote
- Passengers as well as staff may be in the airport for a significant period, and – if infected – may transition from asymptomatic to high temperature while in the airport
- Airports may have several quarantine areas, and passengers will be directed to the nearest one
- The airport may have existing CCTV and FRS with tracking to Gates – integration with this would be a custom quote
- Each airport will have their own processes and guidelines for assisting passengers with high temperature
- Individual requirements can be defined following site survey
Level of Intervention
Option 1 – basic safety
Temperature and mask detection at each public entrance, with automated confirmation check in the quarantine area
Option 2 – enhanced safety
As per basic safety, plus temperature and mask detection at staff entrance/exit
Option 3 – maintained safety
As per enhanced safety, plus further temperature and mask detection at security and each arrival or departure Gate, with automated confirmation check in the quarantine area
Option 4 – complete safety
As per maintained safety, plus temperature and mask detection, and room occupancy control for each enclosed lounge area, and each Gate room

Option 1
- Bullet camera at each public entrance, with thermal FRS in quarantine area
Option 2
- Option 1 configuration, plus:
- SThermal FRS at each staff entrance
Option 3
- Option 2 configuration, plus:
- Thermal FRS linked to access control at each security entry point
- Bullet camera for each arrival/departure ate
- Thermal FRS in each quarantine area
Option 4
- Option 3 configuration, plus:
- Thermal FRS and people-counter for each lounge and Gate room
